Vitamin D is fat soluble, therefore advice to eat lower fat diets may contribute to reduced intakes from foods and hence dietary supplementation may be needed. In the UK the background diet provides 3-4ug/day of Vitamin D and only a little more if oily fish is consumed.

INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol 100,000iu/g) 50mg- 5000iu per tablet - 2500% RDA

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

SUGGESTED USE

Take 1 Tablet a day with water and preferably after your evening meal.
